Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing or using any services offered by 6tdms, you hereby agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are required to stop using this platform immediately.

6tdms reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure the information they hold is current. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Eligibility and Registration

To register and use 6tdms services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be 21 years of age or older on the date of registration.
• Register only one (1) account per individual. Registering more than one account under the same name, the same address, or the same device is prohibited.
• Provide accurate, complete and current information during the registration process.
• Not be subject to any legal prohibition that prevents participation in online gambling activities.
• Not be a citizen or resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is completely prohibited.

6tdms reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including a copy of your identity card (MyKad), passport or other supporting documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in the account being suspended or closed.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 6tdms platform use Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Supported payment methods are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking through FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing time: between 5 and 30 minutes after verification is complete.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment account details provided are accurate. 6tdms is not responsible for delays or errors resulting from incorrect information. All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to the applicable anti-money laundering policy.

6tdms reserves the right to carry out verification checks before approving any withdrawal request. These checks are part of the standard compliance (KYC) process and are not intended to delay payment without cause.

Bonuses and Promotions

6tdms offers various types of bonuses to eligible users, subject to the specific terms of each promotion. Our welcome bonus is a 100% first deposit bonus of up to RM1,000, with a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus value.

As a worked example: if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM100, bringing your account balance to RM200. The wagering requirement is RM100 × 10 = RM1,000 before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. For a deposit of RM2,200, the maximum bonus of RM1,000 will be awarded, bringing the balance to RM3,200, with a wagering requirement of RM1,000 × 10 = RM10,000.

• Bonuses are only valid for use within the timeframe stated in the terms of the relevant promotion.
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per eligible new user.
• 6tdms reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is evidence of misuse, fraud or breach of terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and hold no cash value until the wagering conditions are met.
• Other promotions such as cashback and the VIP programme bonus are subject to their own terms published alongside the relevant promotion.

VIP Programme and Loyalty Rewards

The 6tdms VIP programme consists of four tiers that provide weekly cashback to active members. The more you play, the higher the VIP tier you can reach:

• 🥈 Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.4%
• 🥇 Gold — weekly cashback of up to 0.6%
• 💎 Platinum — weekly cashback of up to 0.8%

VIP tier progression depends on your overall betting activity. 6tdms reserves the right to adjust the VIP programme structure from time to time, and any changes will be communicated to members through official channels.

Prohibited User Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following on the 6tdms platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or other mechanisms to manipulate games.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Using another person's account or sharing login credentials.
• Attempting to exploit technical bugs or system vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Making false claims or submitting forged documents.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the platform.

Any violation of these provisions may result in permanent account suspension or closure, forfeiture of account balance and bonuses, and appropriate legal action.

Responsible Gambling

Limitation of Liability

• Loss of funds due to login information compromised by a third party.
• Technical disruptions, system downtime or scheduled maintenance.
• Game or betting outcomes that are not in the user's favour.

Users are fully responsible for the security of their account information, including passwords and login details. 6tdms will not be held liable for losses resulting from a user's negligence in protecting their account information.

Account Closure and Suspension

Users may request to close their account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure is processed, any eligible fund balance will be returned to the user via an appropriate payment method, once all wagering requirements and verification have been met.

6tdms reserves the right to suspend or close an account at any time if there is reasonable cause to believe that a user has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform for unlawful purposes.

Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable under the international licence held by 6tdms. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions will be resolved through the arbitration process or tribunal designated by the relevant licensing authority.

Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be found invalid, unenforceable, or in conflict with applicable law, only that provision will be considered void, while the remainder will continue in full force and effect.
